Auto-Collect
At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. This applies to all reservations.

Your credit card information is stored and processed securely.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation with a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations can be completed only by calling or email to the campground. Text notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
Reservations cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be refunded. Please notify Gosling Lake Campground by 4 p.m., 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
Bookings made with less than 48 hours to time of arrival require nonrefundable deposits of 50%.
Damage Policy
Any damage to RV’s, sites or campground property, whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the registered guest. Any cost associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to the credit card of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued.
Campground Etiquette
- All Campers and their visitors must act in a kind and respectful manner and must not interfere with the ability of others to enjoy the campground in a quiet and peaceful setting.
- Verbal or physical abuse or threatening behavior toward Gosling Lake Campground staff, campers and visitors shall not be tolerated and will result in immediate and indefinite eviction, without refund, from all Gosling Lake Campground properties.
- Excessive noise or disturbance is not permitted at any time. Any fighting, yelling, intoxication or use of obscene or vulgar language will not be tolerated.
- All campers are responsible for the actions of their Visitors and will be held liable for any damage, vandalization, or destruction to the Campsite or Gosling Lake Campground property.
- Littering of any kind is absolutely prohibited. This includes discarding food wrappers, garbage and cigarette butts anywhere other than a designated disposal bin.
- Cigarette butts cannot be discarded on the ground.
- Gosling Lake Campground may evict without refund, at its sole and unfettered discretion, any person(s) whose conduct or actions are detrimental to the operation of the campground and to the enjoyment of the public.
Quiet Time
- All Campers and visitors must observe the campground quiet time between 11 PM and 8 AM. Staff may request electronic devices to be turned down if disturbing other campers before 11 PM and after 8 AM.
- Loud music, excessive noise, or other disturbances are not permitted during this time. Campers and visitors that do not observe the Quiet Time may be evicted without refund.
- Power tools may only be used between 10 AM and 4 PM.
Alcohol and Cannabis
- The consumption of alcohol and cannabis is only permitted on registered campsites.
- Alcohol/cannabis or illegal drugs will not be sold on site.
Domestic Animals
- Pets must be leashed/contained while on your site.
- Pets must be leashed throughout the park.
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- No pets shall be left unattended or be allowed to disturb other Campers or visitors.
- Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior by any pet will not be tolerated.
Generators
- The use of generators is not permitted on any service lot or tent lot.
Camping Units
- Camping Units permitted within the Campground include tents, tent-trailers, camper-trucks, camping trailers, fifth wheel trailers, and motorhomes.
- Trailer hitch assemblies must remain accessible at all times.
- Buses or similar units converted to Camping Units will not be allowed as a Seasonal Camping Unit unless approved by the office.
- Only one Camping Unit with wheels is permitted at each Campsite (i.e. trailer, camper, or mobile home).
Vehicles
- Two (2) vehicles are permitted per Campsite.
- Campers will receive a Vehicle Pass windshield sticker, which will provide their designated vehicle with access to the Campground and permit the vehicle overnight parking at the Campsite.
- At Campsites where automatic access gates exist, Campers will receive an access card/fob that will allow entry through the gate system when the refundable deposit is paid.
- Vehicle passes for Seasonal campers will expire April 30th if the Camper is not renewing for the next season.
- Drivers must obey the Highway Traffic Act, posted speed limits, signs and be aware of pedestrians.
- Campers who wish to have an additional vehicle registered to the Campsite must purchase a Seasonal Vehicle Pass from the office. An Additional Vehicle Pass will include a windshield sticker and, if applicable, an automatic gate access card/fob.
- The purchase of a Seasonal Vehicle Pass will not permit more than two (2) vehicles per campsite.
- Additional Seasonal vehicle passes for Seasonal Campers shall expire at the end of the Camping Season and access cards/fobs must be returned.
- The purchase of a Seasonal Vehicle Pass will not permit more than two (2) vehicles per campsite.
Visitors/Visitor Vehicle Passes
- Daily, Weekend & Seasonal Visitor Passes will be available for use of the Campground.
- All Visitors must pay the applicable visitor fees.
- Seasonal Visitor Vehicle passes shall expire at the end of the Camping Season (October) and access cards/fobs must be returned.
Water and Hydro Services
- Lawn watering and vehicle washing is not permitted within the Campground.
- To conserve electricity, Campers must reduce their power use when not attending their Campsite. I.e. lights, etc.
- All electrical connections must be completed in accordance with the Electrical Safety Code and will be subject to inspection by the Electrical Safety Authority. Failure to maintain a proper electrical connection will result in the power being disconnected.
- Campers shall ensure that their electrical connections are proper and not causing undue demand.
Garbage Disposal
- Garbage must be collected and properly disposed of in the waste bins provided.
- Yard waste (including leaves, branches, grass, and yard clippings) shall not be discarded into natural areas.
- Furniture, appliances, construction material and/or other hazardous items or materials shall not be disposed of at the campground. Disposal of these items into or beside waste bins is strictly prohibited.
- No garbage shall be brought into the Campground. Gosling Lake Campground disposal sites shall only be used for garbage generated within the Campground.
Trees and Vegetation
- Campers and their Visitors shall not strip bark, use nails or attach wires to trees or shrubs. Ropes around trees are permitted but must be removed at the end of the Camping Season.
- Campers shall not plant any trees or shrubs without consent of the Manager. If permitted, all trees and shrubs planted by Campers shall become the property of the Gosling Lake Campground and shall not be removed.
- Campers shall not prune or trim trees without written consent of the Manager.
- Campers should be aware that trees may be impacted by a variety of pests and diseases which can weaken the tree structure. While Gosling Lake Campground does inspect tree hazards on all campsites, Campers are encouraged to be aware of overhead hazards and report any trees that they feel may be hazardous to Gosling Lake Campground staff and campers.
Fires and Firewood
- Gathering firewood from Gosling Lake Campground property is prohibited. Unsightly wood piles or wood cutting on site is not allowed.
- The use of chainsaws is not permitted.
- Fires must be contained within a fire pit and always kept under control. Fires must not be left unattended. Ensure campfires are extinguished before you retire for the night or leave the site. Dispose of matches and cigarette butts in the fire pit.
- In the event of a fire ban, all site occupants are expected to comply with the order of the Fire Chief or Fire Marshall. Failure to do so could result in fines levied by the issuing authority and/or your eviction from the Campground.
ATV’s/Golf Carts
- ATV’s and golf carts are not allowed.
- Assistive devices specifically designed to improve mobility may be used with applicable permits. All other power-assisted, low-speed vehicles are not permitted upon Gosling Lake Campground property.
Breach
- A failure to comply with Gosling Lake Campground Rules and Regulations will result in enforcement actions by Gosling Lake Campground and/or local police.
- Any campers or Visitors who fail to comply with the Gosling Lake Campground rules, regulations, bans and guidelines may, at Gosling Lake Campground’s sole and unfettered discretion, be indefinitely evicted/barred from the Gosling Lake Campground.
- Campers who are evicted from the Campground for any reason, are not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid.
- Camping Units and contents not removed in a timely manner will be removed by campground staff.
- Gosling Lake Campground will not be held responsible should any damage or destruction occur during the removal of the above mentioned items.
SEASONAL CAMPING
Seasonal Camping Fee
- Seasonal Camping Fees to be paid by Campers are varied based on the size and location of the lot.
- Each Seasonal lot will consist of 2 vehicle passes, 4 adult passes (Children <12 free) and 1 RV/Camper. Additional charges will apply for visitors and extra vehicles.
- All Campers shall provide 50% payment of the Camping Fees by no later than May 1st in advance of the Camping season. The remaining 50% payment of the Camping Fees must be paid by July 1st. Flexible options can be discussed on a case by case basis.
- A failure to provide payment of the Camping Fee 30 days past the due date for payment will result in the cancellation of the seasonal lot and Gosling Lake Campground reserves the right to remove all belongings to a location of Gosling Lake Campground’s choosing.
- Campers will not be permitted to reserve their Campsite for the following Camping Season if Camping Fees are outstanding, or if the Camper is not otherwise in good standing with Gosling Lake Campground.
Seasonal Campsite Reservations
- All Campers shall submit a complete Seasonal Camper Contract, sufficient proof of insurance, trailer ownership, and the refundable deposit to the Gosling Lake Campground Office by no later than the beginning of the Camping Season. Should campers fail or refuse to provide such documentation, Campers will not be granted access to the Campground or Campsite.
- Seasonal Camping Permits are neither transferrable nor refundable. Exceptions may be granted.
- Campers shall not rent, lease, sublet, or assign their camping units or their permit to access the Campsite without prior approval of the office. Any friends, relatives, or family members not part of the contract and staying overnight at the Campsite must register at the Office and pay the per person/ night fee for the duration of their stay.
Seasonal Camper Lottery and New Seasonal Site Assignment
- Vacant seasonal Campsites are assigned through a lottery process among current Seasonal Campers.
- All current Seasonal Campers that have expressed interest in switching sites within the park will be entered into the lottery. The winner will be drawn at random.
- Should the winner of the lottery decline the opportunity to relocate, additional lotteries will take place until the site is filled.
- Should all the current Seasonal Campers decline the site, the site will be opened to new Seasonal Campers.
- New Seasonal Campers will be notified on a first come first serve basis. The first Camper on the seasonal wait list will be contacted and given a period of two (2) days (48 hours) to respond with expressed interest. Should the first fail to respond or decline the opportunity, the office will continue down the wait list until the site is filled.
Campsite Layout and Campsite Modifications
- Campers must consult with the Manager prior to making any modifications to their Campsite.
- All alterations to the campsite including fences, gardens, landscaping, shed, deck, or add-on will require a written submission with plans being approved by the Manager. There are restrictions on size, design and materials for these structures.
Winter Storage
- Winter storage will be included for Campers that have submitted complete Seasonal Camper Contracts.
- All Campers wishing to store their Camping Units for the winter at Gosling Lake Campground, must complete a waiver and have approval prior to the end of the Camping Season.
- Winter storage is available for non-seasonal lot holders with appropriate storage fees.
- Unless applicable winter storage fees have been paid and a Winter Storage Waiver has been approved, Campers must remove all belongings including camping units (i.e., tent-trailers, camper-trucks, camping trailers, fifth wheel trailers and motor homes, decks, sheds, ornaments, structures, equipment, and personal items) from the Campground by the end of the camping season.
- If the Camper has submitted a completed Seasonal Camping Contract and paid the Seasonal Camper Fee, they may store a shed, deck, and woodshed on the Camp Site.
Residency/ Eligibility
- All Campers shall, always during the Camping Season, maintain a permanent primary residence within Canada. Neither the Campground nor the Campsite may be used as a primary residence by anyone at any time.
- Upon request of the Gosling Lake Campground, Campers shall produce sufficient identification displaying they maintain a permanent primary residence elsewhere within Canada.
Decks, Patios and Awnings
- One deck or patio is permitted on each Campsite. All decks and patios must:
- Not exceed 60 centimeters (23.6”) in height;
- Not exceed a combined site coverage of 20.44 m2 (220 ft2);
- Fit within the site and not encroach on green buffer spaces or other sites;
- Be removable by hand (sectioned), at the approved height; and
- Not be physically attached to the camping unit.
- All decks and patio structures must be made of wood or patio stones and be aesthetically pleasing.
- No cement posts are allowed.
- Awnings attached to the camping unit must be manufactured by a trailer/ RV service provider.
Sheds
- One (1) storage shed is permitted on each Campsite.
- Storage sheds shall not exceed 2.4 meters by 2.4 meters (8’ by 8’).
- Sheds must be free standing and approved by the Manager. All sheds and their location must be approved by the Manager prior to installation.
- Sheds are to be used for storage only and may not be used as sleeping quarters.
Appliances and Equipment
- No external washers or dryers are permitted.
Campsite Maintenance
- Campsites must always be kept in a clean and tidy manner.
- The planting of gardens and other landscaping may be approved with consultation with the Manager.
- The use of pesticides and herbicides within the Campground is prohibited, unless carried out by Gosling Lake Campground staff or contracted individuals.
Glossary of Terms
Campers
- People under contract to stay in the Campground.
Camping Season
- The length of time the Campground is open.
Camping Unit
- Tent, tent trailers, truck camper, trailer, fifth wheel or motorhome.
Campsite Reservation
- The action of reserving a campsite for the following Camping Season.
Campsites
- Specified sites within the Campground allocated to Campers.
Quiet Time
- Generally, from 11 pm to 8 am daily.
Seasonal Camper Deposit
- Deposit paid along with Seasonal Camping Contract to hold site for the following season.
Seasonal Camping Contract
- Yearly contract signed by Campers to secure their spot for next season.
Seasonal Camping Fees
- Fees determined on a yearly basis for sites and other merchandise and fees.
Seasonal Camping Permit
- The length of time the Camper has contracted to stay under Seasonal Camping Contract. This is not a paper permit, just a copy of a signed Seasonal Camping Contract.
Seasonal Vehicle Pass
- Sticker to be affixed to the driver's side window of your vehicle.
Visitor
- Anyone who is not listed on the Seasonal Camping Contract.
